12 Feb 2023Tim is a class-act. We had a great home inspection experience with Tim. No stone left unturned, he took the time to perform a thorough inspection and answered all of the questions we had along the way. He explained things to us and made us feel very at ease. We appreciated Tim's knowledge as well as his light hearted personality which made for a solid home inspection. Tim sent us our report the same day he performed the inspection, that is simply AWESOME. We would call A-Shored Home Inspections again without hesitation.

Tim and his associates made this entire process fun, informative, and personal. The home buying process can be so daunting and stressful but, I found that this part was the most fun I've had. I learned a lot, we shared a few laughs, and I felt the most relaxed I've been since I started looking for a home, knowing, that there wouldn't be a stone left unturned. I highly recommend using A-Shored Home Inspections LLC, and I will be referring them to all of my friends! Thank you Tim!

My family and I recently completed a home inspection in the Freehold section of New Jersey and despite us not closing on the house, Tim did a wonderful and thorough job with the home inspection. We knew absolutely nothing about the home and left with a complete understanding of electrical components, heating and sewer systems... if I could give him 10 stars I absolutely would! We are still actively looking for our dream home and we already know for future inspections; A-Shored will be our only option to get the job done right! -The Chase Family :)

Purchasing a home has been one the most nerve-racking experiences of our lives! Thankfully we had the expertise of A-Shored Home Inspections on our side! They put our minds at ease by teaching us about our new home as they conducted the inspection. The report was unequivocally thorough and in a language that was easy for us to understand as first time home buyers. It was amazing and professional service for an affordable price! 5 stars all around!!!

Great customer service and they provide a very thorough home inspection. During the home inspection they showed and taught me a lot about the home we are purchasing. Once the report was complete they reviewed and answered any questions about it. Great pricing and wonderful service would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality home inspector.
